Parking Services Temporary Hours Beginning 11/15
This week, Parking Services’ staff will be transitioning software service providers to better serve the public. Improved services include more digital permitting options and a better online payment experience.
From Tuesday 11/15 – Thursday 11/17, the Parking Services window at 645 Pine St and the online payment system (beginning 11/14) will be unavailable to customers. For urgent parking enforcement matters, you may always call 802-540-2380 between 8AM-4PM. For after-hours support, please call BPD Dispatch at 802-658-2704.
