DigSafe

Burlington Water Resources particpates in DigSafe and is able to mark water mains and water services but we do not mark sewer mains, laterals or water infrastructure on private roadways.  Vermont law requires that homeowners, excavators and utility operators notify DigSafe at least 48 hours before excavating on public and private property, rights of ways and easements.  Call 811 before you dig!
