Inclusionary Zoning Working Group

The Inclusionary Zoning Working Group (IZWG) was established by a resolution passed by the City Council in April 2017.  The purpose of the IZWG is to review the recommendations from the January 2017 draft Inclusionary Zoning Evaluation report, as well as take public comment on the report and make recommendations to the Administration and City Council by April 1, 2018. The first meeting of the IZWG was held on September 14, 2017.  A schedule of upcoming meetings of the IZWG can be found HERE.
