  • Impact fees are charged against new development to help offset the costs of new infrastructure required by the City's growth.

  • Fees Effective: July 1, 2018.

  • Impact Fee Administrative Regulations - Rates, Calculation, Applicability, Exemptions, Waivers

  • Fees adjusted annually to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

  • Impact fees are due a minimum of seven (7) days prior to issuance of a Zoning Certificate of Occupancy. Submit payment at the Department of Planning and Zoning. Thank you.
