This Performance Report covers the second year of the five-year period covered by the City’s 2018 Consolidated Plan for Housing & Community Development. It contains information on all CDBG and HOME projects that were funded, underway and/or completed during the program year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 (referred to as Program Year 2019). It also contains other information that may be of interest to the community, such as community indicators (Appendix A) and partner activities that contribute to the goals of the Consolidated Plan. The Report is due to HUD by December 30th, 2020.
A public hearing will be held before the Burlington City Council on December 21st, 2020, concerning this Report. Comments will be accepted at the public hearing as well as at the Community & Economic Development Office through December 23rd, 2020. We continue to solicit the input of our citizens about the effective allocation and expenditure of our CDBG and HOME resources and on housing and community development needs.
