In addition to the searchable Property Database on this website, the Assessor's Office has two computer terminals available at our office in City Hall. In addition, our office maintains a Public Records room, open during normal business hours. The Assessor's Office has historical property files for most properties, as well as Vermont Property Transfer Tax Return copies. This Public Information Request Form relates to information available through the Assessor's Office only.
If you are not able to obtain the information you are looking for on this website, or in the public record at the Assessor's Office, please speak with a staff member. The Assessor's Office will try to assist you with your information needs.
