The City of Burlington Department of Parks, Recreation and Waterfront is requesting proposals to provide food and beverage concessions within the restaurant space at the Burlington Community Boathouse. Additionally, they will manage the recruitment and rental schedule for the upstairs multi-function Wakefield room. The selected responder will be issued a 5 year service contract and lease for the location. See attached RFP for complete details.
Timeline:
December 12th, 10am – 11am: Tour of Boathouse Site
December 16th, 4pm - All questions due
December 20th, by 4:30pm – All Proposals Due
