The City of Burlington (City) is seeking bids to provide construction services to test the viability of an open loop geothermal system to facilitate converting Fletcher Free library from a conventional HVAC system to a ground-sourced heat pump HVAC system. The test well will be at Fletcher Free Library, located at 235 College St. Our goal is to have this completed as soon as possible, while working together with Fletcher Free Library and contractor for efficiency.
