Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV) is seeking proposals from contractors to replace the lighting and lighting controls within selected areas of the Terminal Building. The existing terminal lighting and controls are generally original to its 1997 construction and 2004 addition and renovation. The Owner would like to replace luminaires with those with LED light source, along with adding automatic lighting controls to reduce light levels when there is no occupancy or there is adequate daylight. The project will include replacement of all lighting in selected areas as identified in the drawing package, and the replacement of controls in those spaces with automatic controls. The lighting and controls in these spaces, including exit signage, will be replaced in its entirety.
