The Burlington Lead Program is seeking proposals for IRC Training Services. The trainer will provide 3-hour VT Department of Health approved Inspection, Repair & Cleaning (IRC), formerly Essential Maintenance Practices (EMP), classes online and in-person for up to 40 participants/session up to 8 classes per calendar year.
