Jordan Redell
Chief of Staff


As the Mayor’s Chief of Staff, Jordan is one of the main advisors to the Mayor and manager of the Mayor’s Office staff, and assists the Mayor with his management of all City Departments and their Directors. This position serves as the key Mayor’s Office liaison to City Departments and their Directors, the City Council, State and Federal government, and labor union leadership, as well as community members, organizations, businesses, schools, universities and colleges, hospitals, and health centers. The Chief of Staff actively supports City diversity, equity, cultural competency, and accessibility initiatives for the Mayor, including acting as the City’s liaison to the LGBTQ community. Jordan enjoys spending time on the Bike Path, on Church Street, and at the Intervale Community Farm.


Olivia LaVecchia
Communications and Special Projects Coordinator


Olivia is passionate about cities about as places that both deliver necessary services and tackle some of our greatest challenges. As Communications & Special Projects Coordinator, she works to develop press releases that connect people with stories of their City, coordinate special initiatives, and advise on City-wide communications efforts. Reach out to Olivia for media inquiries, public information requests, and other communications-related questions. Outside of work, Olivia likes to explore rivers by canoe and attempt to learn how to quilt.


Linda Murphy
Administrative Coordinator and Scheduler


Linda is our point-person for constituent services in the Mayor’s Office. She works at our front desk, so if you call the Mayor’s Office or stop by, she is the person you will speak to! Linda also manages the Mayor’s schedule, so she is the best person to contact if you would like to invite the Mayor to an event or arrange a meeting. Linda enjoys hiking, biking, and reading.
