Security Services for City Hall

The City of Burlington is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide uniformed, unarmed security guard services for City Hall in Burlington, VT. The City is looking for proposals, which will state how the proposer will assist City Hall staff in maintaining an orderly, professional and safe atmosphere for staff and guests. All public areas of City Hall, inside and outside, are to be patrolled and its security cameras are to be monitored. Special attention should be paid to the public restroom area on the first floor, the office of the Clerk and Treasurer’s office on the second floor and the area outside of the Mayor’s office on the third floor. This scope is an outline only and it is expected that the vendor will provide additional recommendations for the successful completion of this project.
