FOR SEWER LATERAL INSPECTIONS:
Due to file size limits, you will need to upload the video associated with your sewer lateral inspection via Dropbox.  
After you have uploaded the rest of your application below, please email jlavalette@burlingtonvt.gov. We will generate a unique link for you to upload the video.

**Please make sure the video file includes either the address of your property or your name so we can identify it!**
