Let's Fix It!

Please submit your maintenance or infrastructure requests below!

First, select a location (approximate is okay) by typing in or scrolling to an address or intersection. Next, you'll choose an issue category (i.e., missed recyling) and then you'll have an opportunity to tell us more about the problem and even share a photo (not required). Don't worry if you select the wrong category, we'll fix it on the back end. You'll get an "acknowledgement" from us once we've seen the issue and we'll update you when we've resolved it. Please note that we do not monitor See Click Fix on weekends, or holidays.
For any immediate threats to safety or property, you should contact emergency services. For urgent water issues (24/7), including water main breaks, please call 802-863-4501. For other urgent after hours DPW street or sidewalk issues please call 802-863-9094 for our answering service.
We usually get to the short term repairs (potholes, snow plowing, missed recycling, etc) very quickly! We also appreciate you reporting issues and making infrastructure requests that require more analysis, funding and longer-term planning. We thank you for your patience as we work toward resolving those. You may hear less frequent updates on those, but once they're reported, rest assured that they are in queue and assigned to a DPW staff member
