RFP - Waterfront Storage for Recreational Items & On-site Rentals

The Department of Public Works (DPW) request proposals from interested parties for a 5 month lease to provide seasonal storage space for recreational items that are to be rented on the Burlington Waterfront by using the storage space in the Public Works Water Pump House shed at 234 Penny Lane. There would be an additional space on this parcel, proximate to the Greenway, which would allow for the temporary installation of a tent and rack to rent recreational items.

Proposals should be submitted via email to Elizabeth Ross, DPW Planner, Department of Public Works, eross@burlingtonvt.gov.

Questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Elizabeth Ross and received by Noon, 12 P.M. June 6, 2022. 

All answers to questions (all names withheld) will be publicly posted on our website, www.burlingtonvt.gov/dpw for all interested parties to see.

Please submit all final proposals by Noon June 10, 2022.
