North Beach Campground Restroom Renovation

Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront is seeking proposals from qualified general and/or plumbing contractors for renovations to the North Beach Campground Bathrooms.

Questions concerning these RFPs must be made via email per the schedules outlined below.

• Optional site visit/Pre-bid:          Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 9:00 AM at North Beach Campground
• Questions due:                              Wednesday, January 23, 2019 by 4:00 PM
• Proposals due:                               Thursday, January 31, 2019 by 4:00 PM
• Expected Project Start:                 February, 2019
• Final Completion Date:                April 17, 2019
