Residential Parking

To apply for a resident only permit, please visit us at 645 Pine St. Online applications coming soon.

Residents may petition to have their streets designated for resident parking only or make changes to existing Resident parking areas at this link.   Designation of “Resident Only” limits parking to residents and their guests and requires a permit.  Cars parked without permits will be issued tickets ($75).

To be eligible for a permit the following is needed:

  • Lease, Tax Bill or Utility show the property address

  • Government Issued ID

  • Vehicle Registration

REMEMBER!

  • A resident parking permit is only valid on your street! (ie, the street indicated on your permit). It is not valid on any other “resident only” parking street.

  • Don’t forget to renew your permit before it expires!

Additional information about resident parking can be found in Burlington Code of Ordinances, Appendix C, Sec. 27
