Recently Adopted Amendments

Below are adopted Zoning Amendments that have yet to be incorporated into the text of the Comprehensive Development Ordinance itself. If no amendments appear below, all recently adopted amendments have been incorporated into the most current version of the Comprehensive Development Ordinance.

ZA-18-07 Conditional Use Exemptions: The purpose of this proposed amendment is to eliminate the Conditional Use exemption from Section 3.5.3 Exemptions, which was added to this section in 2015. This amendment was adopted by the City Council on January 28, 2019.

ZA-19-05 Density Calculation: The purpose of this proposed amendment clarifies calculation of permitted residential density on a site. This amendment was adopted by the City Council on January 28, 2019.
