To reach EAP at any time, please call 1-800--287-2173 or visit the EAP website and use the password BUR to log in.
When you call EAP, your call is routed to the office nearest you. If your local counselor is busy, you will reach his or her voicemail. You always have the option to speak with a live counselor by following the prompts. If your call is not urgent, and your local counselor is unavailable, you may leave a message and he or she will return your call. When leaving a message, please help EAP to connect with you by providing the following:
- Phone numbers and good times to reach you.
- If it's OK to leave you a message telling you that "EAP" returned your call.
