- Vision coverage begins the first day of the month following the date of hire. Coverage is available to all eligible employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and eligible dependents up to age 26.
- Elections can be made depending on your needs (rates below):

- Employee + One
- Family
- Rates are the same for Full and Part-time employees
- Your annual eye exam will continue to be covered under the City medical plan (if you are enrolled)
- $180 allowance for Frames every 24 months or Contact lenses every 12 months
