Manhattan Drive / Convent Square Outfall Repair

This project involves the repair and restabilization of three (3) stormwater outfalls, located in a ravine area between Convent Square, Manhattan Drive, and Route 127 referred to as the "Intervale Wetlands."  You can find the full engineering report, plan sheets, and other relevant environmental data about this project by clicking the tiles included below.

The project is being funded with a loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund.  As part of that process, the City conducted an extensive Natural Resources Assessment to confirm the project would comply with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act.  In response to this assessment, the State of Vermont has issued a Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), which can be viewed by clicking the tile below.

The Draft FONSI was open for Public Comment from January 20, 2021 through February 26, 2021.  A public hearing was held via Zoom at 6:00 p.m. on February 26, 2021 - no comments were received during this period, or at the public hearing.
