March 23 City Council Meeting

The March 23 City Council meeting will be held almost entirely remotely. There are several ways that the public can join the meeting:

1.  YouTube Live Stream provided by CCTV. This is the same way that all other City Council meetings are streamed/broadcast. If not planning to speak on public forum, the City encourages members of the public to use this method of observing the meeting.

If a member of the public would like to speak during public forum:

In person

Remotely

Members of the public can come to City Hall in-person to speak during public forum. This option is discouraged, if possible, for the reasons outlined by the CDC regarding social distancing.

Members of the public who wish to speak on public forum need to access the meeting by options 3 or 4 (above).

Any member of the public who wishes to address the Council during public forum will need to fill out the Public Forum Form, which is linked below. This is the same form that members of the public are asked to fill out at any City Council meeting, however, it is critical that we know from you if you will be joining the meeting via Zoom or phone, and your username or phone number. This information will help us identify you so that we can “un-mute” your microphone for the duration of your public comment.
