Public Participation and Appeals
Yes, you ARE invited to participate. One of the purposes of zoning is to enable public participation in development proposal review. The section will discuss how the department notifies the public of zoning permit applications, how one may participate and comment, meeting participation guidelines, and the rights of individuals to appeal a zoning permit decision.
