WAITING LIST POLICY FOR PEDDLERS DESIRING SPOTS ALREADY OCCUPIED
If the location you are interested in is filled, you will be placed on a waiting list for your chosen spot.
The waiting list is effective from January 1st through December 31st of each year. After being placed on the waiting list you must do the following to maintain your placement on the list:
1. You must notify the Clerk/Treasurer’s office in writing of any changes in your address, phone number or email address. No changes will be accepted by telephone.

printed clearly. You must also date and sign the notice.
A NOTICE THAT IS NOT SIGNED, DATED OR IS UNCLEAR, WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU FOR YOUR SIGNATURE OR CLARIFICATION.
2. You may only send this information by email (
jpoulin@ci.burlington.vt.us) if it is
SCANNED WITH A SIGNATURE.
3. If you want to be placed on the following years waiting list
you must notify the Clerk/Treasurer’s office in writing on or before DECEMBER 31ST of EACH YEAR.
If the Clerk/Treasurer’s office does not receive a written request by December 31ST to keep you on the next year’s list, your name will be removed, and you will lose your place on the waiting list.
