Requests for Funds

Applications are separated into the Public Service and Development categories because federal law caps the amount of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding that can be spent on Public Service projects at 15% of the City's total allocation.

The 2013 applications are available for public review at the Community & Economic Development Office and below in PDF versions. The CDBG Advisory Board reviewed the non-CEDO applications during January, February and March 2013, and their recommended awards are posted below. These recommendations were forwarded to the Mayor and the City Council, and a Public Hearing was held on May 6, 2013.

The CEDO applications were reviewed by the Administration during February and March 2013, and the recommended awards are posted below. These recommendations were forwarded by the Mayor to the City Council, and a Public Hearing was held on May 6, 2013.

The recommended awards are part of the Draft 2013 Action Plan that is now available for public comment. Upon receipt of the City’s annual allocation from HUD, the 2013 Action Plan will be adopted by City Council. The tentative date for Council review and adoption is June 24, 2013.
