The Grand List is a listing of all real estate parcels and business personal property within the City of Burlington. The listing includes: Owner's Address, Property Location, Appraised Value and Homestead Value, if applicable.
Important: The information contained in this Grand List Abstract Spreadsheet is not inclusive of all data required by VT Statutes to be included in an Abstract Grand list. A complete Abstract Grand List conforming to State Statutes is available at Burlington City Hall. Also please note that taxes are not included in the Abstract Grand List, as tax rates have not yet been set for 2012/2013.
